Returns & Exchanges
At Penrose Skin, we want you to love your glow; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery. To maintain our high safety standards, returned items must be in their original packaging and contain at least 50% of the original product.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Carefully place the products in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
